A decent place for students to live and study. The cost is affordable, and it's like 15 mins from city by bus or you can drive bike to go to city. The manager is understanding as well as helpful. If you love good views, then try getting room on higher floor, you will love the morning and evening sky, which you can see from the wide windows in all the rooms. Kitchen and common room is provided for cooking food and watch television, or hang out with friends.

Great place to rent and relatively cheap for what you get: your personal room, shared bathroom and kitchen. It is located in one of the nicest areas of Adelaide - Norwood/Rose Park and hence in a close proximity to the city. The management is nice and always happy to talk and listen to you. Also, if you happen to rent on level 2 or higher (on the west side of the building) you are going to enjoy some of the nicest and most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Additionally about location: in a good sunny day it is quite easy to reach the city by walking, taking about 20-25 minutes or you can always catch a bus from a nearby bus stop. It is also quite easy to walk to Norwood (a local shopping/cafes) area for grocery shopping. There is a huge park nearby - Victoria park, that is extremely good for jogging, exercising, yoga and just any recreational activities you can possibly do. There is a new gnarly skatepark 5 minutes away co-joined with basketball court.

Extremely bad. Its dirty and the customer service is very bad. The owner, Hassan Salleh, doesn't attempt to even try to be helpful. Also, the owners of the cafe on the ground floor are extremely confrontative, yelling at me in malaysian (i dont speak malaysian). Don't come here. Go to Urbanest or UniLodge.
