I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch for 5 at the The Arkaba Hotel, and it was an experience worth sharing. The food was great from the Seniors menu. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. The staff especially Eddie were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout the entire meal. It was a memorable dining experience, and we will definitely be back.
The food was absolutely 100% on point.nThe lamb ragu was amazing as was the pressed lamb.nThe dessert was a little sweet for my partner but that's not their fault.nThe waiting staff were attentive, amazing and friendly and overall pleasurable dining experience.nOur waitress Tara was absolutely delightful.nI highly recommend this place for a dinner evening event
The Hotel met our expectations and beyond. The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile , nothing was to hard. This apply to all staff including cleaning staff. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The evening meals also was great. Value for money and would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
We have a wedding catch up meeting with clients last night at the Arkaba and everything was perfect!nI think we had Domonique as our staff member and his service was impecable, the food amazing and clients were happy.nThank you.
Our group attended the ABC Radio Sing Sesh on 28th NOV. We had dinner beforehand in the restaurant. I would like to commend the staff for their service - especially Dominic. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very professional, polite and welcoming. He made our experience enjoyable. The food was great in presentation, flavour and servings.
