Bought a 2015 Accent from them. Only 1 key with the car, no log book, no manual, NO BATTERY until they took one from one of the other cars and put it in when we went to pick it up the next day (The car wouldn't start not even 3 months later). No mats in the car. Promised to help us sort out reversing camera but insisted on not giving us the number for the guy who could do it and instead gave them our numbers (And they rang neither of us when I checked the number after demanding it off the guy who sold us the car), we requested they fix the badge on the back that was missing a letter and it took 3 months for them to bother getting around to it. Car was filthy when we picked it up. God awful service yet they bragged about being better than the other dealers in the area. They had the hide to instruct us to recommend a friend. Not recommending anybody to people who handle these situations so pathetically. Go to a proper car dealership regardless of much they may frustrate you or how desperate you get.

The team at Cardiff are awesome,they were so hopeful 👍. They made our experience in buying a car relaxing and easy. We only went to have a look but ended up leaving with a Jeep Patriot.I would recommend you go see the team at Cardiff they really do put the effort in to make sure your experience in purchasing a vehicle is as easy as possible. Once you purchase your new vehicle they take care of everything for you at the premises. I will definitely be back when needing another vehicle. Thanks guys loving the new Jeep

A big thank you to the team at Ozcar Cardiff Dealership, I was looking to upgrade my 2008 Ford Ranger to a newer model and after one phone call had arranged to meet the team to have a look around. They arrange to have a 2014 Ford Ranger there for me to inspect and test drive. I sat down with them to discuss price and trade in of my car and was very pleased with the package they offered. T'neal went out of her way to ensure I got the right finance package that worked for me. I drove out in my new car that day. Very happy with the car guys.

The staff at Cardiff OzCar are amazingly friendly people who went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted in the price range I needed. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
