It all started by chatting with Adam from NVE over the phone for an SUV I was interested in. Adam was extremely friendly, courteous and professional making the purchase fun & exciting! ... Riq was also very pleasant and happy to assist over the phone. Great premises with some awesome looking quality vehicles so make sure you take a visit! ~ Thank you Guys!

Riq was easy, genuine and knowledgeable to deal with in purchasing our new vehicle including a trade in. All was done over the phone and he definitely lived up to the reviews. Would recommend him to anyone.

I trust only 2 car dealers and Riq is one. Friendly, truthful and no nonsense approach has seen me use NVE many times over more than a decade. Great quality cars like no other and friendly service. You'd be crazy if you didn't stop in for a chat and check out the stock.  I highly recommend NVE.

Perfect place to get a car. All the transactions went super smooth and quick. Riq and Adam were soo nice and are willing to help you out of business hours to help move the process along faster.

After speaking with a lot of dealers in my search for a new car, I can honestly say that Newcastle Vehicle Exchange was the best to deal with and with the best stock too. His great service extended beyond my purchase going to the length of providing service receipts for my records. I would strongly recommend NVG to any purchaser.

I couldn't be happier with their service. They're very friendly and genuine people. No pressure or shenanigans, just a really easy-going experience. The quality of their cars is mint - the i30N I got is in fantastic condition and is so much more of a perfect car for me seriously, this car is fun!. They also gave me a much fairer price for my trade-in.  And to top it off, because I live far away, they even offered to meet me halfway so I didn't need to drive all the way to Newcastle. I recommend them to everyone.

I bought my first car in January from Riq and Adam. Great quality car and even better service. Riq was very patient and lovely in answering all of my questions, and was extremely helpful in talking me through the entire process, even when I took up quite a bit of his time. Been driving for a few months and have had no problems with the car. They really went above and beyond, 10/10 would recommend.

Adam and Riq were brilliant. They were accommodating in every way, and we're encouraging of my choices, even if it was to their detriment. I really felt like their first priority was for me to have the right car, with nothing left unexplored or unexplained. I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone in the market for a new car.

We just bought a car and it was a great experience. Adam and Riq were approachable and honest, even sticking around after closing hours to wait for us. Highly recommended - we will definitely return when it comes time to buy again.
