Terrible service and attitude once again. Thought they had changed management but still carries the very poor customer service they have always had. I had done 98000kms in my wildtrack ranger and the leather seats were cracking and deteriorating. The inexperianced guy, tried to tell me it was wear and tear!!😲 i took it to Lake ford in Cardiff and the 'expert' there told me it was most deffinatly NOT wear and tear and was covered perfectly under the 100,000km warranty. In addition to this, he also picked up the driver seat sponge had collapsed too AND the door seal rubbers had perrished too.

Bought a used car several months ago. Good service at the time and generally happy with the car. Scott the salesman was very nice and full of promises, however not so good at delivering. He had promised to send us a touch up paint pen in the mail since we were local. It never came despite me calling him and the dealership multiple times to follow up with this. Each time they promised to send it but never actually did. Also they had put a dodgy gear stick handle on the car that was loose and would not pass registration. I had to pay for a new one at a local dealership to have it replaced.Very disappointing.

Recently bought a new Ranger and absolutely fantastic service from the team at CCF, couldn’t fault them what so ever! I have been in plenty of car dealers in the past and the experience at CCF was one of the very best!

The High turnover of staff does not help their business or the Ford customer . It is a INDEPENDENT dealer, So allowances must be made.
