The sales department are fantastic, as for their ‘service’ department they are pathetic. I would not call this a service centre it’s more of an inconvenience department. I have bought 6 Mazda in 4 years and will not buy any more now after my experience.

Dont buy a car from here. We bought a 2017 Mazda cx5 from here last June. Picked up the car and took it home. Found marks on it and took it back the same day. I was told it was "paint fall out". They tried fixing it THREE times and couldn't. We ended up at NCAt tribunal and got a full refund. If your not 100% happy with your car on inspection don't take it home.

Bought a brand new car and didnt receive a brand new car. long story short went to tribunal and got a refund. I wouldnt recommend anyone to west end Mazda It shouldnt have gotton this far in the 1st place all the stress you guys put on my family is not ok! Thats why i gave them a 1 star.
