Used to get my car serviced at Muir's Holden as that is where I bought my car from. Unfortunately they are closing down so took my car to Heartland Holden Blacktown as they are closer to me. Great service! Staff were helpful and explained everything nicely and did more than muirs ever did. Very happy.

If I could score them 0 stars I would, i had a very unpleasant experience at this place. Spent about an hour and a half with a salesman to discuss a purchase of an astra. Everything was going great, took it for a test drive, agreed on a change over price after trade in, even reconfirmed with salesman how change over payments were being made numerous times but in the process of signing the contract i find out the figures were not matching as per discussion, the salesman brought down the sales manager who tried to make it out like I can't add numbers and questioned where I was getting the change over amount, advised him that I got it from negotiation with the salesman who agreed. Basically they retracted from the sale, I walked out disgusted with the service. DONT GO HERE unless you want to waste your time. A joke of an organisation and gives Holden a bad name.

So called GM of this place is  unfit for the job and communicating with customers. Today I went to enquire about a problem in the used  car which I bought a month ago. His response was you bought for a cheaper price and he walked away saying that is the best explanation he could give. How come $13500 is cheap for a used car 2015 model. He should apologise and explain what steps to take  to resolve the issue rather than talking rubbish. Beware of the dealings in this place. Many misleading information provided too.I am going to complain to authorities about them

I was treated very professionally and kindly By Nicole from service department. I was concerned about costs, and they had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. I've had no issues so far, and plan to continue going to them for all my needs. special thanks t Nicole she has been very helpful and professional keep up the good work Nicole, i will never go back to Holden in castle hill.

Quite happy with their service. We had been to 3-4 car dealers before going to them. While other car dealers focused on money, these guys focused on us, our requirements, were very patient with our zillion questions. I am glad to say that their top priority was us and finding the right car for us. Got a great deal too & $700 gift voucher!
