Great experience! Claude made the purchase of a new Toyota hilux seamless and easy going. Really enjoyed driving the car around the block before purchase. Cannot rave enough about the team at Toyota Blacktown, from the moment we stepped into their showroom we were greeted and looked after to the end. Claude was our initial contact who looked after us and steered us in the right direction for the right car for us. Sabrina another sales person went over and beyond for us and made sure that any question or issues we had were looked after, she was so easy to deal with and just lovely, she made us feel very welcome and made the whole process very easy. Even picking our car up she made it special for me. Thank you so much and we will highly recommend you guys, your service and professionalism was amazing, a very happy customer.
We had a fantastic experience working with Arthur at Toyota! He made the entire car-buying process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. He was professional, took the time to answer all our questions, and never made us feel pressured!
