We bought a near new car here last week from Lokesh. Overall Lokesh and the team did a great job for Alto. Sure they want to sell cars surprise, surprise! but they did so in an upfront and helpful way. They had the car ready at short notice and it was immaculate when we drove it away.
My last car service from this branch left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had to return my car twice to get my tyres checked even though I had specifically asked them to take a look at my tyres during the service. There was no customer service! No one bothered to inform me how long I have to wait for my tyres to be done. If I hadn’t gone to speak to one of the guys when I can pick up my car after having waited for 2 & 1/2 hours I probably would’ve waited until they shot closed. It’s not hard to inform waiting clients of when their cars will be available. They look busy talking to customers on the phone but I am also a customer who deserves better attention than the one they’ve shown me. Not taking my GTI here again for a service after this recent experience!

I recently purchased a 2020 civic and had a very positive experience with the team at Alto Honda from start to finish. Nihad was very friendly and accommodating. He took me on a test drive, tried his best to ensure I was absolutely happy with my purchase and made the process easy and enjoyable. Tony was wonderful to work with. He was patient and thorough and ensured that I left with no questions abut my new car and called to check in a few days later. I would have no problems referring them to my family and friends.
We bought our Honda HR-v from Alto Honda Blacktown. All staff members including sales, finance are very helpful. Sales person has helped us to choose the right car as per our requirements and budget. Also very well explained about the car on the day of delivery of the car. Very friendly and professional. He helped us to choose the right car.. Highly recommended..
