Ordered a compressor for a 2014 Focus. My mechanic checked it out and it showed signs of a gas leak. Dye had been put into this compressor sometime in the past and showed the leak clearly. Warranty was not honored because to check it out the clutch was unbolted from the compressor(1 Bolt). If the Part was "good' as claimed why not accept a return? The Part was reviewed by a qualified mechanic. A refund was refused because of so called "Tampering" I fail to see how the removal of 1 bolt is tampering. Avoid this happening to you! All the Mechanics in the business i use are at least had 10 years industry experience There a NO apprentices working on the car. The owner of the business who is a Mechanic worked on this personally.

Called to enquire about a part for my car, phone operator was extremely rude and would not give me the time of day. Had a simple question if there part would suit my model of car. Told me a price and hung up on me. The ratio of 5 to 1 stars pretty much sums this place up. Obviously using people they know to make false 5 star rating to boost the overall review. Would not recommend calling for any parts. Absolutely pathetic!!

Disgustingly unfriendly staff. I have NEVER seen so rude behaviour in my entire life in customer services. N.E.V.E.R!! We asked them to sent us information about an engine via mail (twice) (& make an offer), received two pictures and two empty pages without a word in. We need a new engine for our van (as previous owner sold us rubbish) asap (&finally found one after weeks of searching)and can't buy it now, because the staff was SO rude and unfriendly on the phone to me when asking about sending the mail again (they just hung up on the phone, always mentioned how busy they are, "buy it or let it be" ec...( I am a nurse okay??YOU don't tell ME something about stress.)) In the name of all gods: DONT SUPPORT SUCH BEHAVIOUR.

These blokes couldn't be any less useful. I ordered a rhs door handle for my toyota and received in the mail the complete wrong part. They sent the rhs door mirror.... Not to mention it was broken. Took the benefit of the doubt with the bad history of reviews. Turned out worse. This is the worst Auto wreckers in Australia. EDIT: replying to challenger auto parts response; All the one star ratings speak for themselves mate.

Everyone should go there parts are cheap they served good , i m satisfied with their service, i got a engine from them for my iload its cheap and running well, appreciate their hard work ,its a good job guys
