It is very rare to give a car dealer a proper "Five stars" Carizma are one of the very few decent, honest and professional car dealers. The prices are extremely reasonable, in addition to the high quality of their cars... You will miss heaps if you don't look at their stock.

My experience has been outstanding for my first ever car purchase with Carizma Motors . Frankly I am out of words to express my satisfaction and happiness.  This is not a business but a legacy that is being set by two extremely humble human beings, Alex and Hulya who are always eager to help and have become the primary reason behind the happiness of many people like me who are now being able to afford good quality cars with a reasonable price.  No matter how many stars I give, it will always be less for a family run business like this at Carizma Motors. There are many many reasons for this as per my experience. - First of all, I decided to visit this place for my purchase after I got to know about people's experience about their car purchase from Carizma Motors which had been great and mine came out to be no different than others. When I went to purchase the car, I was on my learning license with a "L" plate and was really concerned about the test drive as someone might not take the risk to give the car to a person who is on his "L" who may and may not finalize the deal. But to my surprise, Alex and his team at Carizma were so kind and supportive that they still allowed me to do the test drive and sat with me in the car to comply with the rules at the same time. - Secondly, they gave me a car in a great condition which had run very less kilometers with an extremely affordable price with all the warranty and other papers required. - They were extremely patient to clarify all my queries since I did not have any idea about all the policies and requirements earlier. - They were extremely efficient in preparing all the required papers and other formalities. - Alex even drove the car to my place to drop the car since I needed someone to sit beside me as I was a Lerner that time.  The most important think that I liked about these people are the humility they posses. I feel like this is not a business but a service to people for them and they are not the people who will never show up again once the deal is done.  My car is going to be almost a year now but there is absolutely no issues with it. Alex is still available and responds to all my calls whenever I need any help or suggestions for anything. In fact, I had scratched and dented my car recently. But again Alex had come to my rescue again to get this fixed by providing proper contact and guidance.  I am surely going to do all my future transactions whether new or old with Alex and team and would definitely recommend everyone to Carizma Motors without any doubt.  Thanks guys for the great service that you are providing. Keep up the great work!!
