I have had the most amazing experience at Heartland Kia Blacktown. From the moment I sent my email enquiry on a Sunday they responded very quickly and I was test driving by the Monday morning. Sang was my sales guy , he was amazing and I bought the car then and there. Michael from finance was also amazing and helped every step of the way. The guys worked hard to get my car in as soon as possible and I have just driven out of the showroom the very next week. I can thoroughly recommend these guys for the most amazing and pleasant experience.

Steve was great help when I brought my car in for a service. Turns out I hadn't actually booked my service correctly, but even though I could see they were flat out busy he took the time to sort me out, didn't rush me and got my service done that day. He was also really thorough when going through everything, which isn't something you see very often these days.nnI was really impressed, and you can see from my account that I only do a few reviews a year, and only when I believe it's justified.
