A very good friend of mine brought a car from these guys just before Christmas. Since then the car has had nothing but issues!! Multiple things have gone wrong with the car and they won't take any ownership of selling a lemon to someone. Wouldn't waste my time or money by going here.

Was promised the car we purchased would be mechanically sound ... When we picked up the car nothing was done on the car .. no service... Lightes weren't working and the car wasn't washed ... A few months later we are having to pay $1000's to fix the car ... Whilst Charlie is a great salesman ... The service and other staff don't care ... I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them

My friend bought a car from here recently. Not only could they not be bothered filling up the tank or washing the vehicle before hand over, the headlight that they agreed to fix and provided assurance that it had been... Was still out. Not recommended.

READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2018, i found the car on GUMTREE posted by hot spot autos, stating on the ad it was a turbo diesel vehicle. I then drove down the next day to actually look at the car and i asked the man showing me the vehicle if again it was a turbo diesel, he said " yes mate a turbo diesel." I asked if there was anything at all wrong with the car any lights oil leaks etc he said obviously no!. Out of my own stupidity i believed the man and i didn't bother to test drive the car as it looked like it was in great condition, (once again my stupidity, never buy a car without test driving it). Turns out after the papers were signed and money given, started the vehicle to find out it was a petrol, then to find out the cluster lights don't work! I DONT KNOW HOW FAST IM GOING WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN! Looking back on all the papers i signed i come to notice i cannot do a single thing about getting money back. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING FROM HOT SPOT AUTOS. DONT DO WHAT I DID! IM STUPID YOUR NOT. #DEALERSHIPSSUCK
