During the purchase of the car the guys here were great and helpful. However, before the delivery of my brand new CX9, they attempted to polish my car (not sure why) and have burnt through the clear coat on the bonnet in a number of spots. Contacted the dealer, and Mazda Australia. Caution to anyone buying a car here! Make sure you inspect your car thoroughly. If you notice any swirl marks, or anything slightly strange, do not accept the vehicle. The dealer applies a liquid detailing solution before you pick up the vehicle, which will hide most of any imperfections. Ask them to take the car into the sunlight before you drive away. 

Now dealing with Mazda Australia to have a brand new bonnet supplied, painted and fitted. Of course Mazda is offering to only paint over the existing bonnet, which will lead into a potential color mismatch with the rest of the car, and inconsistency in the paint depth.

No sense of Customer Service. I was at dealership to buy car and i was about to spent 70k. Entered the showroom, no greetings , no one paid attention and i had to take initiative to approach someone.  can somebody imagine salesperson didn't even bother taking my contact details. They were not interested if i was keen to buy car or not. I guess these guys judge book by cover. Anyways i was there to buy Azami . Your loss and someone else's gain. all the very best

Went there today 08/02 and bought a second hand Mazda RX8 which btw looked and drive amazingly. Delt with Ali a young and enthusiastic salesman and James was extremely helpful. Got there in the morning at 10 and drove away at 3 with the car. One happy customer ☺️

I had a fairly decent experience here. All was good until test ride and I wasn't ready yet to make a decision so the salesman just took back the estimate calc back from us and we just left

Absolutely rubbish and terrible customer services. Salesperson only seemed to be interested in selling a car and didn't seem interested at all in explaining or introducing us the vehicle. My wife wanted to ask questions more about the car's features etc. the salesman's reply was "Ma'am, you don't have to worry about that, they are all the same. Just have drive the car and feel how it drives.". What kind of customer service is this?

After our immense disappointment from the salesperson, we expressed that we wanted to take few days to think it over but then the salesperson became quite aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable, trying to force us to buy the car on the spot, stating "It would be your loss if you don't buy this car today."

We will NEVER EVER go back to this substandard dealer and such a terrible experience left us a very bad impression towards the Mazda brand and this dealer in particular. Extremely disappointed.
