I tagged along with my brother and sister Rita who was the one wanting to purchase and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Daniel was the initial salesperson and went through the features and test drive and also the run down when picking it up and Andrew was very thorough with the financials and gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend Trivett Paramatta Subaru they were extremely welcoming, informative and provided a great experience all round even for the tag alongs!

Salesman Alex was great and very helpful, management on the other hand we’ll need to have more people skills!!! Wanted to purchase a future investment didn’t need for 10 min, I needed a 24hrs test drive. To management at parramatta Subaru here is a link that you can educate your self right from Subaru Australia. It’s called DRIVE IT YOUR WAY and they refused I guess the sales manager lost a sale today

I will buy a care from there again. Initially we had an issue negotiating the price with the sales man but, The service was good. And management response was really great and professional. They made me feel they really value customer satisfaction.

We bought an MY17 outback, and I would recommend Parramatta Subaru if you are interested in buying a new car. The pricing is competitive, and the sales staff are very professional. We were initially served by Reza Eftikhari who was very helpful. The vehicle handover by Micheal Yeung was excellent; he took his time to explain all the features of the car and made us feel comfortable. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge Tim Killar (GM) for his professional courtesy and goodwill towards one of our requests.

Do not ever get your car serviced here. In 2014 on the way to getting my Impreza serviced before a road trip I blew a tire. So along with the service they offered to sell and replace my tire. They offered me some noname brand of tire to which I initially agreed. While waiting I decided to research the tire brand. The reviews varied between unsafe to death trap. When I queried the man at reception he didn't even deny it. Ended up going across the road after the service to Bob Jane T-mart and bought a whole new set plus wheel alignment. Will never service my car and put my family at risk there again.
