Always fantastic service. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly, with a genuine desire to find you a quality car at an unbeatable price. My family and I have been so happy here, we have bought 5 cars. Couldn’t recommend a dealership more. Must visit !!

If I could give 6 stars I would. 
Our daughter bought a car from Tony Lahood just prior to Christmas. Sales experience with Bill was exemplary and the car itself was clearly the best of many we had seen whilst looking. 
However the real positive came about 6 weeks later.
Driving to the Central Coast, the radiator failed, seizing the engine. It was a fault which couldn't have been picked (we had our own mechanic inspect the car and he felt it was in terrific condition).
Anyway, with the warranty offered by Tony Lahood we took the car back to the yard.
Lahood's arranged for a replacement engine, radiator and all the bits that go with it. We didn't need to lift a finger.
About a week later, we picked up a car which was better than we had originally bought and at $0 cost to us.
When we want our next car, Lahood''s will probably be the only place we bother to look.

Will never recommend anyone to Tony Lahood Motors. 
Salesman Bill’s attitude towards clients was appalling and embarrassing. Was interested in a car for 2 weeks and was willing to either trade in or pay cash for vehicle. Bill kept advising the vehicle was available for a test drive although upon arrival twice he would not pursue. 
Bill seeked advice from another colleague regarding my car and was advised that my car was normal and is expected with a 10year old car. Once the colleague walked away he said he didn’t know what he was talking about and he has worked in the industry longer then him.
Bill walked away from my partner and I to another client whilst we we’re still within the venue deciding what to do - very unprofessional and poor customer service skills

I will recommend Tony Lahood to anyone who would like to purchase any used cars. they offer a very competitive price and good quality used car to customers
