I can't praise the amazing team at Ryde Mazda enough, especially Harry who went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price and with prompt delivery. He was wonderful to deal with, he was kind and very responsive and helpful at all times and provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a beautiful car.

Linda and I both recently spent time searching various car dealerships across various brands and suburbs, although we never decided to buy a Mazda we both found Kenneth Tucker to of been the most helpful, polite as well as having answers to all our questions. Excellent customer service and so helpful. Harry is knowledgable about his product and helped us choose the right car for us. We were able to test drive, get questions answered and put a deposit down. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to and he actually spoke to me - not just my husband. Would highly recommend.
I purchased a car from Mazda as they were the only dealer who didn't have such a long wait on car stock. Team were friendly, very attentive and responsive. However as with most dealers, I felt pressured to sign the contract soon as I placed a deposit on the car and was told this was something that had to be done then and there which I found odd as I had placed a deposit anyway. I was asked to sign a few versions of the same contract, each one slightly amended to reflect any changes to the agreement, such as fitted accessories and financing. Initially I was looking to finance but then my circumstances changed to allow me to pay for the car in full, despite which Mazda still didn't offer any discount. Interestingly, I was offered a discount $200 on a dash cam package which was overpriced anyway, but when I asked for complimentary car mats $170, they refused saying the contract had already been signed. The experience left me feeling exploited and under-valued considering I could have gone to any other dealer to make the purchase.
My M2 came out purring after the service from Ryde Mazda. The young man at the front desk was very lovely and helpful too. I was also able to work easily in the communal office provided. Excellent all round.
Had a really amazing, easy and satisfying experience with Ryde Mazda. Couldn't praise Harry more for his amazing work rate and client dedication. After losing hope of getting a new decent car nowadays, I called almost every Mazda dealership in Sydney that basically told me that I have to wait up to 9 months for a new car. However, when I called Ryde Mazda, Harry told me that this is my lucky day, and let me tell ya, he was god damn right! Got my new Mazda 3 within a month only, delivered straight to me whilst Harry keeping me posted the entire time of where the car is at every stage of it's journey. Highly recommend dealing with them if you're in the market for a new car.

Bought a used Mazda 3 yesterday and couldn't be happier with the vehicle, price and service. Jay the salesman was a pleasure to deal with and put up with a very annoying me in such a nice, professional way. Highly recommend Mazda Ryde.
