What a great experience!
I cannot stand the overly sycophantic or the "hard sell" sales techniques so this place was perfect for me.  The staff were all very helpful.
Matti gave me all the options from floor stock to builds and I test drove the sedan versus SUV to see which was right for me.
No fuss - genuine - personable - professional.

Trivett is the worst car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Disgusting is not strong enough and one star if far too generous for these CON ARTISTS. If you are thinking of buying a car do yourself a favour and and go anywhere else but there otherwise you will be stung without a doubt.

Either the salesman didn't want to deal with us or thought we couldn't afford the car, both insulting. Wasted our time driving from upper north shore. 

We will might just upgrade our current Q7 to the new one. Audi know how to treat people.

I left my contact details with Volvo and they called 7 weeks later... what a joke.

I am now driving my third Volvo and this is the only place I will ever take it for service. The staff are genuine and clear with all info I need to know about my V40. There are no silly charges and the car is always sparkling clean when I come to collect it. They also have tim tams!!

I have never experienced anyone nor any firm representing a product they have very little knowledge about. The service department knew, at best, very little about the vehicles features and functions. So disappointing that I prefer to pay in full for a service at another centre even though I was offered 3 years free.
