An update on my last review about Sutton’s Service Department. If I could give minus five stars I would. After my review I was contacted by the “manager” of the service department who voiced his concerns and appoligized about the poor service I received. His solution was for me to bring the car in and they would give it a good clean inside and out. Seriously !! One of the issues I had was the service department writing on the work order that they had cleaned the car when they didn’t and he wants me to take the time out of my day to drive about 40min so they can do the job again. And he thinks this is helping me ! With regards to Sutton’s not mentioning that once you have the Permaguard Paint Protection on your car it can only be hand washed, well he was quick to pass the blame to the after sales department. He threw them under the bus, great team player this manager. The other issue was not receiving the tool required to remove the Nissan installed roof rack. He was apologetic and said he’d chat to the guys and see what he could do and that he’d call me back. Well he did call me back later that day and ask if it was given to us from the sales people when we bought the car. The answer was no we hadn’t received it. Once again he passed the blame to another department, what a role model this guy is. Then he asked if I checked the glove box or the tool kit or under the plastic caps on the roof rack for the tool. I said yes I’ve checked all these places but it’s not there. Then he had the nerve to ask me to bring the car into Sutton’s so he would check “personally” for the tool. He tried to make it sound like he was going above and beyond to solve the issue but all he was being was condescending. Basically saying I don’t know how to look in a glove box for a tool. With him as the service manager I see now why the service department let this dealership down. The bad reviews about Sutton’s are about the Service Dept. He said he’d track down a tool and get back to me the next day. That was a week ago. I’m sure after this updated review I’ll be getting a concerned call again. Buy your car at Sutton’s. But avoid the service department at all costs. If you have kids at home they’d do a better job.

I just bought a 2018 Subaru Outback from these guys and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Scott from Sales and Saad from Finance. Great car and great customer experience.

We bought x-trail .Really happy with the service they provided to us and staff (Peter Gane and Madeleine) were really friendly and helpful. We will always recommend our friends and family to such a nice place to get a first car 🚗

I brought my Nissan in for the front passenger airbag recall. Car went in around 9.30am - I went home and by 12.30 it was done and dusted. The best thing about it was my older model Nissan x-trail was washed, the wheels were cleaned and the inside front area was vacuumed and my car looked newer and much cleaner than when I first brought it in - I was soo delighted with the service, the front receptionist service, and the completed product - I must add - I paid not one cent for all of the above due to the nissan recall for the passenger airbags. Pretty cool ... will be back to buy a new car for sure!!

From the first interaction to the last, these guys know how to take care of their customers. Special mention to Anthony who took care of my car and Madeleine who took care of the business side of things. All in all, a great experience and my new Subaru Liberty is a slick drive! Highly recommend this place to all first car buyers.
