The gentlemen who checked my car in was very welcoming and helpful, the gentlemen who checked me out was also so polite and helpful and the lady who made my daughter a hot chocolate made the process so much easier while keeping her entertained. I had an excellent experience buying a used car from Noble Toyota earlier this year. I found them professional and honest, and they didn’t try to make me buy any extras I didn’t need. 2 months later the car is still driving well. Would recommend buying from here.
Good vehicle service with complimentary shuttle bus drop off and pick up to home whilst car is being serviced. The new dealership ambience is also very relaxing, modern and welcoming. The staff are very courteous and Joe the shuttle bus staff is funto chat with.

I look so forward to having a the van serviced here, even though it’s out of my way, customer service second to none. From arrival to completion. I had to wait in the comfort of there lounge served amazing coffee, was completed 30min earlier then estimated. Looking forward to the next service.

It was my first visit and I experienced the most non personal encounter at Noble. I waited at their lounge and was receiving messages to authorize "recommended" services without anyone explaining why I needed them. Some lady called me asking me to authorise "Fuel System Service" without telling me if it's critical and what it really entails or why it's so pricey. Would've preferred if someone walked up to me to explain why and what, that's the least I could expect for driving up to them to seek their service. My local mechanic does a better job at explaining. Finally, they missed an ask I had placed in one of their SMS forms, which begs the question that if I've paid $700 for service then why would they miss this. Not very impressed but I guess this suave culture doesn't suit me.
Good service and friendly staffs. Explained each aspect of the service clearly and delivered the vehicle ontime.
I'm blown away, not only for my new car, but the service I received from every team member was just out of this world. I'm not a car person so going to get a new car put me out of my comfort zone as I haven't had the best experiences in the past - it feel other spots have used my ignorance as an advantage and I've found out later that I wasn't looked after. That past distrust with car companies/mechanics has now been erased after spending time with the team at Noble Toyota. Bec in the finance department went above and beyond anything I expected and got things done without an issue. The people in the sales department were just as helpful, and yesterday I took my new car back there for its first service. Those in the service department lived up to my new high expectations in the car industry. Thank you so much Noble Toyota!

In particular, Dane Huxley, as a service advisor, is one of the best in the service department at Noble Toyota, Chullora. As a customer, my husband, Saif Ahmed, and I are delighted with his positive customer care. We noticed that he works confidently and professionally. We are happy with his excellent service.
