Extremely poor customer service even for buying a new car. Getting people to sign and pay is their priority. After that they just forget about you and place you as non-priorities, even though you want to make sure everything goes correctly. I bought a new 2018 Corolla ZR for my parents and only noticed there is a 4cm scratch on the paint after 2 days (on the step next to driver seat after you open the door). Bad luck as I checked the exterior paint only during delivery. Not a deal breaker but unacceptable. Probably not going to waste time with them. It just shows how un-careful these guys are. Additionally they even forgot to place their bank details on documents given to me after I paid the deposit. I had to call to find out about it so I can pay out the balance (they replied 1 day later). Good luck with getting them to return your calls because I know they didn't. Apart from the active Sales followup and the ugly Noble Toyota branded plates (no frame included), sorry I just can't see any presence of attention to details or attentive customer care during the time I deal with them.

The worst customer service. Liars, SHIFTY, they get you to sign and hide critical details. They want your money anyway. They are SHAME on Toyota

Staff are attentive. Although when it comes to sales they are quiet shifty. Stating they would chuck in 4 grand worth of extras yet just raised prices on other things.

One of the best car yard to shop for cars, they sell both used n new car. You can buy or finance a car.. Staff here are very helpful
