The single worst experience I've had with a business. Enquired about a car and told them I was coming to look at it and they put the price up before I arrived. Then told me that was the price negotiations started from. As I have a mental health issue that affects my memory I could not be certain I was not mistaken. As I really like the car I paid a deposit anyway and when I got home realised 100% that the price had been put up when I looked at my PC browser. I emailed the manager explaining my mental health issues and he refused to make any changes to the price. Later I was told by a salesmen of further charges, and by now being fully aware of my mental health and memory issues, tried to tell me I had said things that I know I didn't say.
Unfortunately I have to deal with these people more as a result of this.
This Company, and it's sales staff, have no compassion or empathy. All they care about is ripping customers off. They probably slap each other on the back when they screw someone over.
They do not care if you have mental health issues or a disability... You are just an even better target for their scams.
Do not buy cars from these people. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

My experience  was one waste of my day let alone, my time. Called and made arrangement  for a xr6.  Gave me a price. The very next day i came  to pay and hoped to drive a way happy. 
Instead they decide to anti  up the price on me and try to tell me they never spoke. 
To me. Is this some kind of joke. Pathetic staff. 
If your looking for a 5 or more stars next time I come by,  il have yous seeing 6stars. Taking advantage of people with mental health issues. Only in a used car yard like this,  you get dirty deals. Taking advantage of the disabled. Putrid dogs

Terrible people. They tried to take advantage of a friend with a mental health issue from years of community service just to get their commission. Showed absolutely no remorse. Do not deal with this Group or any of it's dealers.

Had a friend scammed by dealer upping price when he came to look at car. He has mental health issues and when they found this out they just pushed harder to scam him. Do not deal with this business!
