Buying parts from ford is a sign of insanity i was quoted $700 for atop left control arm i can buy the whole kit in America for 27 us thats about $23 a side how do they make any money only a stupid person would go to them for parts. Most car companies make their money from parts but ford price theselves out of the market this not only affects their parts income but also their carsales whos going to buy a car off them if you know when it breaks down its going to cost you an absolute fortune. Obviously the managment dont know what they are doing.

Recently had my ute serviced with cumberland ford, was a pleasant experience dealing with mark and jeorge in service, everything was explained to me properly from start to finish. Couldn't ask for a better service than that. Well done guys! I will be back!

We've bought a few used cars in the last couple of decades, but Cumberland Ford was by far the easiest experience. They gave me a really good trade in price right up front, no extended haggling. The exchange was quick and easy -- Most car yards will try to sell you all sorts of extras, from finance to rust prevention, window tint, paint protection, extended warranties, etc, etc, and there's usually a lot of hard-sell. None of that with Chris and Brian at Cumberland. Drive in, sign the papers and take your new car home with a minimum of fuss. They also quickly sorted out a warranty issue, and gave me a free loan car while it happened. I'd buy again from these guys.
