Mates rates dealer not so good, problem after problem and took car back more than 10 times for repairs. Now have to fight again because things that should have been repaired were not repaired and same problems starting again. Had to get fair trading and will need fair trading again. Have brought 2 cars from car city but never ever again. No stars. Doors still fill up with water, hand brake falls apart because glue cant work in hot car, should have been replaced. Window still leaks into car, lock still doesn't work, still have problem restarting on very hot days. Told me not to worry when i brought car because its had 3 month warranty but after told me they cant fix because it will cost them to much.

There's a lot of cars to choose from but you really ned to check the cars out thoroughly for hidden faults. Some dealers are really pushy so its best to brush them off and go to another on the complex as there are many dealerships to choose from.

very disappointing! my mate brought a 2007-2009 holden commodore ve omega automatic from these pathetic imbasiles to only have the car for less than 3 months in those 3 months I have had to fix his central locking, headlight and his roof lining (which hasn't been resolved). he has then taken it to a holden dealership and has atleast 1 full page full of defects! I wouldn't trust these guys! wheel and deal they don't give a ..... bout if the car is roadworthy but only the amount of $$$$ they have made on this car! he has been told to go visit the Car city approved mechanic but I feel that theyre going to be dodgy as they would've checked over it before the sale was made!

Went to buy a car for my son and experienced a lot of pressure from pushy salesmen who tried to sell over priced vehicles. Finally found a young salesman named Charlie who is not only honest and knowledgeable from Western City Autos but who assisted us with all of our questions without being the typical pushy salesman. We purchased and have had no issues whatsoever. Only negative 
there's nothing to drink especially since it was so hot otherwise would be a 5 star rating.
