Worst Customer service I have been back and forth with this company over an vehicle repair warranty issue that should of been covered in my so called"premium mechanical protection plan" absolute joke! Haven't been taken seriously and I haven't had the vehicle for a year yet. They promise you premium service but I have received the worst possible customer service. Once they have sold you the car 'they' couldn't care less about their customer once the transaction has been done. Poor customer service and I have taken time off work to rectify this issue and it still hasn't been fixed and I had to take the matter to fair trading to get them to finally do something about the issue. Absolute Joke! Not a recommended dealership! Wouldn't do business again with this company, was considering bringing the rest of my business to this company to get work vehicles but after this poor customer service. I have reconsidered and even gone to the length to return the vehicle!

We have given Sutherland VW dealership 5 opportunities in four months to ensure our vehicle is of acceptable quality, our vehicle still full of water!  The lemon car sold to us by them has not been dealt with seriously or rectified due to the fact we are two young women, and we don’t want other women to be treated in a similar manner by this dealership in the future.  It’s high time car dealerships actually took responsibility, shop elsewhere ladies.

I went in on Saturday and rep sent me to a shop that wasn't opened, i ordered the part via telephone, the part came on the Tuesday and it was the wrong part, i had the part with me and he said this is the part you need. Now i have to pay extra for rental on poor customer service and poor knowledge on parts.

Slow counter service and when you have been told the part is there you go all the way there to fined its not . Get your act together .????
