This location does not appear to be as busy as the other Ford Dealer Service Centre in the area.

The waiting area is quiet and comfortable. There is a courtesy workstation area that is available for customers to use whilst waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Alternatively, a number of loans vehicles are also available. 

The staff are pleasant enough and give  amn appearance of professionalism. Make sure to check they stamp your vehicle log book before you leave!

Have taken my last 4 Ford's (2x Focus', 1x Mondeo & 1x Territory) here for servicing over the last 5 years, and have never had any issues, would highly recommend!!
