I was only in Power ford to get my bosses car serviced and brakes done but I just wanna comment on how amazing all the staff are there. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly. I had to sit in their waiting room all day waiting for the car to be done but not one bit did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone always made sure I was okay and offered help if I looked like I needed it. Good on you guys. Keep up the amazing customer service ❤️

Very friendly staff. Didn't feel pressured at all. Offered a great price on the car as well.

Worst experience ever! Despite being very specific with accessory detail wrong items fitted, then they tried to convince me these were better options. To add injury to insult some items wre not even fitted and I had to chase up why. 2 months after delivery back ordered items finally arrived only to be stuffed around by sales and service depts. Waited 30mins for someone to even help, problem resoleved after raising my voice on the show floor. Wont be stepping foot into this dealership or service department again! If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Cars are well presented and clean. The only downside is lack of parking.
