Castle Hill Renault

As is so often true, the sales machine works very well, but then it all goes horribly wrong at the back end. My experience with buying my car was great, however, the servicing department is literally the worst shambles I have ever come across in my life. I don't even no where to start, but in a nut shell, under resourced, poorly planned and executed. Running this kind of service is not rocket science and I have seen many other businesses to it very well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after year 1 service, but after having experienced similar poor service this morning, I will not be taking the car back here ever. It's back to the local mechanic for me.

Behaved very rudely and tried to blame the customer for their existing scratches on the vehicle. Customer service very BAD.

Ten out of Ten in every respect! My second Koleos; the first was fantastic and this new model exceeds all expectations. Has to be the best in its class by a country mile. I've been buying cars from Dean for 20 years- always the best deal and the very best attention before, during and after. Impossible to beat these guys. Well done -AGAIN!!

David from Service Department blatantly rude. Rang Castle hill store to inquire about an issue with my new Clio as it is the closest to home, was told go back to the branch I got it from, even it should be covered by warranty by all Renault branches, obviously he couldn't be bothered. With his attitude I am definitely not bringing my car to him for service in the future even if it means I have to travel a bit to get it done.
