Is there a option for 10 stars??? Bought a really really nice Volvo SUV from Mark a few weeks ago. Mark was professional, honest and helpful right from the very first conversation over phone to the handing over our the car keys to our family. Mark’s experience as a ex car machanic helps hims stock cars in excellent conditions that’s is second to none! His knowledge about the cars put all my worries at ease! Probably due to his believe and passion about his cars, it was very hard to negotiate with Mark with price, but I have definitely got more value for my money buying a car from this prestige car dealers compare to the experience I have with other car dealerships over the car hunting times. As a woman buying a car from a dealer I was wary of using all my savings and being sold a lemon! I have purchased my mini cooper convertible today and the service I have received from Prestige Cars has been honest and friendly. I had an issue with the service light when I was picking up the car and Mark agreed for me to bring it back in a couple of weeks and his mechanic would fit it and also threw in a full tank of petrol.

Purchased a BMW 325i from Prestige Cars in November 2017. Was told the car was serviced only a month beforehand and there was no issue with the car. An oil light actually came on during the test drive and we were told that this was nothing and would just go away (wrong according to our mechanic). The car was due for rego in January 2018 and after asking whether we would need a pink slip beforehand we were told no. Anyway, 2 months later the registration renewal notice arrived... and what do you know! 'Inspection Required'.. We therefore booked in for a general service and pink slip and ended up paying $4,200 to fix the car to the required standards of a pink slip! So much for just being serviced! Be very wary of these guys, they are very friendly and seem like nice guys but before viewing the car and while negotiating there were a few conflicting comments made between the father & son team who operate the business and I fear their mechanic is in their back pocket as the service completed was certainly not a good one.....

I highly recommend Mark and Adam from Prestige Cars Castle Hill. I would not trust just anybody with my young families safety, so the team were great at putting me in the right car at the right price. I will be seeing them again for my next car.
