We purchased our very first brand new car Outlander Exceed at Mitsubishi Heartland this week. We want to note that Rob was so helpful and made it such a smooth and enjoyable process from start to delivery. You'd want this for any new car purchase but especially it being our first - we are so happy how it went and really want to thank Rob for being a huge part of why it was so great. He is knowledgeable, personable and was also very patient during all of our interactions when we had our two young children with us, both under 3 years of age, which was also a huge positive for us with the overall experience. Thank you Mitsubishi Heartland and thank you Rob!!
Worst Mitsubishi dealership we have ever dealt with! Had a bad experience 2 years ago when they charged us for a service only to find the hadnt completed simple jobs like cleaning the air filter to charging us to replace the wiper blades so we could transfer our rego and then not even replacing them!! Gave benefit of the doubt and arranged a service for this morning. No quote given over the phone drop the car off today and get told it will cost about $1500 for a 60,000 service! You’re absolutely kidding yourself. Save your money and look around or make sure you get a quote before you waste your time!!
I would like reward Mitsubishi heartland at castle hill an absolute 5 star rating for their service and friendly and professional help. I would also like to personally thank Jason Ashton my sales consultant who looked after me with the sale of a new Mitsubishi triton in which i was thoroughly happy on every level. From the minute I walked onto the new car sales yard i was warmly greeted and felt at home thanks to Jasons awesome persona. I would also like to thank Robert aswell for your kind and great nature. I brought a 2010 xls challenger in March 2019. At the time I bought the car, a major hailstorm came through. But they reassured my car was fine and only very minor damage but they would repair it. Ok 6 months later all of a sudden the roof starts fading…..now come to now I finally get around to get it resprayed. They advised me that the roof was fall off bog to cover the hail damage. they couldn’t believe how bad the work completed was done. The salesman Mark Ascenza lied though his teeth. They panel beater also advised me that the bonnet had been repaired to a below standard. Do not use these guys they are shonky.
I just bought a new car from Heartland Motors my salesman Mr Robert Brockwell he is the best sales consultant. His friendly and care made me stress free from process of purchasing my new car, His professionalism is outstanding! If you want a new car I’m 100% recommend you find Mr Robert Brockwell as your salesman you won’t get disappointed.
I can’t express enough how happy I am with the Mitsubishi Castle Hill customer service from the start to finish buying my brand new car. Robert the sales person was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful also absolutely happy with the wonderful finance manager Emanuel who has made all of the process fast and easy. Thank you Heartland to have such an amazing service for your customers.
These guys will scam your every dollar when you go to a service with them if you have a car without capped priced servicing or a service plan. My 2018 Outlander was recently did a 60K log book service without additional parts and cost was $1000.00. Out of curiosity checked with other Mitsubishi service centers and they quoted me at most $670. Contacted the service center asking an explanation for the cost and no one returned a call. I will not go there to buy or service a vehicle.
Worst customer experience from a vehicle dealership ever!! Their staff served me ridiculously worse even when I was buying a vehicle from them. They asked for a deposit for the vehicle on Thursday which I did right away, and they promised to deliver the vehicle next Wednesday. Then no hearing until I followed up. The salesperson said he had noted down my phone number incorrectly hence could not get through to me. I made him a couple of phone calls and few SMS. He has no reason to have my number incorrectly on his phone if that was the case, then it should be a blunder software issue that the world has never seen before. Also, he had my email address, could have emailed me easily. After following up, the salesperson emailed me the contract. No proper instruction on how / when to do the balance payment. I called him back on next Tuesday Wednesday was the guaranteed delivery date, as there was no update on how/when to do the balance payment. He was on his day off and said the dealership would not accept bank transfers until the second day from the date the amount is credited to their account they should have mentioned this when they sent the contract, latest. Then, next time on the same day, I phoned the account department to check if I can do a cash payment on Wednesday to pick up the car on Wednesday. The person who answered the phone from the account department said they only accept cash up to $10,000. And she said the payment will be “reported” to ATO. It sounded very offensive to me that she was like I am trying to do some tax fraud by paying cash. Them reporting their income to ATO is their responsibility and I do not have anything to do with that, and they do not have to tell their tax affairs to me. Disgusting!! Then I did a bank transfer as the bank said the amount will be credited to the recipient next day. However, the salesperson was very adamant that they cannot release the vehicle until the second day from the reception of bank payment, even if they could see the amount credited to their account. He said but they will accept bank cheques. This is ridiculous!! They do not trust modern banking systems. Such old school. From my very limited knowledge, a bank transfer which can be already seen in their account being a fake is almost impossible compared to a cheque being a fake one if that is what they are worried about. Finally, after all these mess they created, they did not release me the car on the day they promised me, and I had to rent a car for the regional trip I had planned. Managed to pick it in the weekend. The car was not even properly washed. I would have paid more for a better customer treatment. Never go there!!
Bad customer service. Tried to book for a log book service via their website. Never got back to me. Closer to the day I tried calling them just to confirm, and the rep was so rude, and at the end put me on hold for more than 15 minutes before I decided it's not worth my time. More than happy to service at other Mitsubishi dealers which are further away from my place.
Bought my first new car an ASX from Mitsubishi Castle Hill a couple of months ago and what a delight it was dealing with Robert! He is a great guy, very honest and professional in his dealing. We came to pick up the car from Central coast, he had everything sorted out and the car was ready to pick up before the scheduled date. I couldn't recommend him enough. 5 stars for a great experience!
