Thought it was just a dream. We were able to buy our first car here in Australia with the help of Patrick and Daiby. They were very accommodating when we first visited the showroom and right there and then, Patrick let me do a test drive of the unit. I quickly fell in love with it. It’s a Hilux GRS btw. I am very thankful for them and they even gave me lots of freebies. Trust me, you can never go wrong with these guys especially with the brand
I had my first 15k service today 10/10/2024 with Castle Hill Toyota with my 2024 Rav4 hybrid. I had a good experience with customer service but unfortunately, they scratched my wheels when they rotated the tyres. I hope they are going to do something about this. The only reason I gave them a 5-star rating is because of Joan, their receptionist. She was nice, and she provided me lots of info. I just hope they will deal with my wheels.
