Dropped off my Corolla with a niggling problem where the car kept stalling and idled roughly. Picked it up at the end if the day running properly again. They had cleaned the throttle body and the total charge was only $66. Staff very friendly kept me informed about what was going on. Very happy with the whole experience. The only niggle would be that there is not a lot of parking onsite.

Firstly, sales - The sales representative was fantastic, respectful, attentive, informative and eager to please, could not ask for more. However the service department is the worst I've dealt with and I am extremely experienced in dealing with various service departments of most marquees. The staff seem like they do not want to be there, very rude and arrogant. Everything seems to be an issue or inconvenience. I understand service based departments have to deal with a high volume of difficult and unreasonable customers, however each should be treated accordingly. I will be searching for another Toyota service department who display better customer service, failing that, I will use an aftermarket service.

Dropped car for a service here once (airbag recall). Staff and facilities look great. My digital tyre gauge was never to be found after the service.

Used car finance really let's this place down! Got strung along for two weeks for absolutely no reason once I cancelled the finance they called me back desperate for my money, presented me misleading information to get me to stay with them. I finally got a phone call saying congratulation the finance is sorted, I went to collect the car and it wasn't even in my name and the person's name it was on had no idea! Walked out devestated! Thanks! Very sleasy & misleading!
