I cannot recommend Heartland Kia Castle Hill enough if you want your brand new car purchase to go as smooth and stress free as possible. Shout out to Kadir who looked after us! We were in our brand new Cerato GT within a few days and couldn’t be happier! The finance side of things too with Emanuel was super efficient and stress free. Thank you for making this such a fun experience also and giving us an awesome deal!
Cannot rate highly enough. We dealt with Kadir and he couldn’t help us enough. Was proactive without being pushy and efficient throughout the process so we always knew where we stood. Managed to get us sitting in a brand new car much quicker than we ever imagined. Special thanks to him and also to Emanuel who was also brilliant! Needless to say the car is amazing and everything we had hoped for!
We walked into the Kia showroom just to see if they had any small cars for us to drive locally and Kadir gave us the best service. We didn’t feel like to check out any other dealers and decided to buy one on the day. Super happy with the service here!
We were served by Tony Fayad. A very good salesman who had time and care for his customers. 95/100 marks to this gent. Slightly better pricing may have pushed it to 100. I don't think he could help here. All in all a very nice experience. I'd say look for this guy of you are in the market for a Kia.
