We urgently needed a new car and were very lucky to get hold of 2022 Kia Sportage. Kadir helped us with securing the required car and was continuously in contact with us till delivery. He was very helpful and patient with our questions and specific car requirements. Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Kadir. Thank you for all your help.
We were lucky enough to score the new kia carnival after another customer was unavle to pick it up due to unforeseen circumstances. My husband and I dealt with Mandeep who was very professional, kind and high end cusotmer service skills. When picking up the car, Mandeep sat with me to show me the amazing features of the Carnival before I drove away. The car was very easy to operate and still enjoying it now after purchasing it 3 mths ago. When I arrived home I realised the car wasn't sold to us with a full tank of gas, I called Mandeep and he advised me to come back to the showroom and he was able to top the car back up again which was really nice. After reading alot of reviews about this company and I can definitely understand how some other salespeople can appear rude or uninterested, and I also felt this as well but I realise that alot of buyers who walk into caryards don't want to be bothered especially if they are just browsing. I walked into the showroom without making eye contact with anyone and appeared uninterested, noone approached me because I appeared unapproachable. It didn't stop Mandeep approaching me and he didn't realise I was the one that bought the Carnival with my husband. Thanks again for the great customer service as well as an awesome car.
We bought a Kia Seltos from Heartland Kia Castlehill in July. We are pleased with the professionalism and the service we received from Mandeep through out the process by attending our requests and returning our calls promptly. We found an electrical issue caused by the dash-cam after we drove out of the dealership. When we took the car back he attended the issue immediately and have the service center apply a temporary fix. Then he organised the installer attend my place and fix the issue within two days. The service we received from Mandeep was consistent from the first call to the last conversation we had.
Got my new car from the Kia Heartland castle hill dealership today. Great sales team and very responsive. Dedicated services and very focused on getting the best deals for the customers. Kadir Dogan was especially helpful. He handled the entire purchase process and got the car I needed and soon. We are pleased about our visit and purchase. Strongly recommend Kia Heartland Castle for any Kia vehicle purchases.
Visited the dealership and was greeted immediately by Kadir. I knew what I wanted and he was very helpful in getting the right car for me. The whole process was easy, pleasant and I did not feel pressured at any point from him to buy the car. Left the dealership to think about it, brought my wife back, and we ended up with a new KIA SORENTO, with all the features that we wanted, at a great price!
Recently purchased a Kia sportage. Due to my distance from Sydney it was purely an over the phone transaction. Salesman Kadir was fantastic. Great person to deal with. Got my car delivered in a timely manner. All round a pleasant experience. Thanks guys
After we made decision to purchase a KIA Sportage, between 2 KIA dealers close by, with the same information provided, we decided to choose KIA castle hill. Mandeep is very knowledgeable and easy talk to, he made the whole transaction smooth and pleasant, worth 5 stars indeed! we are super happy with our new car, definitely would recommend him to others interested KIA!
My partner and I purchased a vehicle from Kadir. Firstly, he was incredibly pushy and rude with his language and made it very difficult for us to buy the car we wanted. His mood changed to almost frustration when we stuck to our guns for what colour car and spec we wanted. After being talked down to, we went to the finance manager, where she was also incredibly rude, talking down to us and making it sound like if we didn't use their finance, we wouldn't get our car. We didn't use their finance anyway. Kadir told us our car would be ready by a certain date. We called up on the date, and he wasn't even in. The finance manager wasn't in either, in the call back, tried to pressure us into paying electronically and to delay our car until it went through. After days of nothing, we called up and miraculously our car was there and ready to pick up! We paid by cheque and got our car same day. 3 stars purely because they were the only Kia to give us what we wanted in less than 6 months.
Kadir is great! After many uncertain weeks, he was continuously calling to check up on us and understood many circumstances. He was able to help us out in every way he could and ensured that we were happy to the fullest extent possible and continued that all the way through to picking up the car. His service and attention to every question was amazing. We cant thank him enough! Thank you Kadir :
