Dealt with all members of the team during the process of financing and buying my first car. Staff were incredibly clear, supportive and patient - explaining all fees, processes, taking calls and messages outside of usual business hours and walking me and my father through each step to make sure we were comfortable and happy. A great deal car, low KMS and in near new condition for a very good price. From enquiry to after-sales service, I was very pleased with this dealer. When I arrived for a test drive, they were cleaning the windscreen for me, the interior had been cleaned, the exterior washed and it even smelled nice! There was no hassling to buy, no beating around the bush with questions and one of the chaps worked on my paperwork to send through to the finance company at 6:30pm on a Sunday! Then I left something behind in my trade-in vehicle and he dropped it off at my house on his way home. Quality car at a good price with excellent service. Can't ask for more.
Great service, the guys exceeded my expectations. It was my first car ever, and Darren was friendly and patient to walk me through the delicacies of purchasing a used car. Then when I had some concern about the brakes he arranged an additional check to be sure the car is sold in good condition. Overall, I had the feeling this dealer cares about the customer satisfaction and the cars they sell.
