Had a great buying experience recently with Brad Garlick Ford whilst purchasing my used 2016 Focus ST. Working for a dealer myself and knowing how trying things can be at times when trying to meet peoples deadlines and demands Raymond Jedlicka did a fantastic job of delivering great customer service, fantastic follow up, awesome communication and wasn’t afraid to commit to a reasonable offer without having to run off and check with his manager. Thanks Raymond and the team at Brad Garlick Ford, you guys did an amazing job! If you have another used focus ST with a tech pack on it, please hit me up my mate is chasing one!!

Friendly staff tidy building somehow I left my car for service then I got a call from service and said your head light bulb is gone . :( Until two days ago it’s doesn’t have any problem then when I left my car there some problem comes . It’s awkward . Maybe by chance maybe not but I feel like unpleasant. Just unpleasant... don’t know what to say :(

Had a great experience with Brad Garlick Ford when purchasing a new vehicle. A special mention to Haris Custovic. Haris' friendly, positive and inspiring attitude made us feel right at home. He is very passionate on what he does and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Brought a car literally a month ago from these guys and it's having major issues and is unsafe to drive. Brad garlick ford has been very uninterested to help me. Very disappointed as when you buy from a ford dealership you expect to get the best. The car also came with warranty but still not wanting to help. Very unsatisfactory service and help. 10/10 would NOT recommend
