12 months ago when I purchased my Hyundai Tucson, the service was great and vehicle was perfect. However, since the 12 month service we have had nothing but issues with the Air Conditioning. The vehicle has been in 4 times to rectify issues with the AC with no success. The AC does not work after 2-3 hrs of driving, which is not good when travelling with kids over the school holidays. If this issue can’t be fixed I would not recommend buying a Tucson. Not sure if anyone else is having these issues.

Just picked up my new car from Max at Hyundai Lidcombe and I could not be happier. I had been to Mazda and Toyota before I saw Max, and Max made my decision 100 times easier. He explained everything about the car to me and was efficient and lovely. He even set up my Bluetooth for me. Absolutely perfect service from one of the nicest people I've met.

Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff who advised exactly when my car would be ready. No fuss with dropping off or picking up the car and their complimentary wash and vacuum is a nice touch

My partner and I bought our first Hyundai i30 after days of car shopping and visiting multiple different dealerships! Simon and his colleagues were so friendly and gave us the best deal! We've dealt with many sneaky dealers prior so we did have our guards up...We walked in late Sunday afternoon but they stayed behind until we were happy and closed the deal - we felt so bad as we got out of there pretty late but they were all so happy for us in getting our new car. Simon was super efficient yet so pleasant to deal with! We felt he was super genuine in his approach:) He called us a few times post purchase to see if we are happy with the vehicle - definitely one of the best customer services we've received in years!!!

I landed at Hyundai yard by accident. I meant to drive into Toyota a few hundred metres down. Thank God I did! From the moment I got out of my car I was greeted by a friendly young man. We had a chat about my needs/situation which he understood and showed me a brand new i30. He was helpful and showed me the benefits of the Hyundai Vs Corolla (I had all intentions of trading in my Corolla for a new one). After visiting Toyota a couple days later, I really had no hesitation in returning to Hyundai. The Salesperson at Toyota didn't really have much interest in me. When I asked about features of Corolla Vs i30 he said that I could have those features that Hyundai have as standard if I pay extra. Straight to Hyundai, off for a test drive then sold. Thank you Avi, Danny & Ramina for your helpful friendly service! I look forward to many happy journeys in my new little red rocket!
