We bought our Ford Everest Trend 4wd at a dream price. That implies that the dealer should be unhappy, right? Not so. They said that they did it in good faith that they will get repeat business and a good customer base. They were more than helpful in the new car delivery and got comprehensive insurance at an unbelievable price as well. I wish I have enough money to pay what they want without negotiation. These guys are good. We will see how they continue to support their claims.

Do not buy from this dealership! We responded to an online enquiry and talked to Joe. Joe is a good guy and he took us for a test drive in the used car we were interested in. The price was $20k which included a 5-year warranty. We agreed to pay the $20k minus a $1k trade-in for our car (which was a rip off, but we agreed to it). It seemed like the deal was done but we were haggling a little bit over whether or not they could include some aftermarket front sensors for us. About that time, the sales manager Rob came over and proceeded to verbally abuse us, accusing us of not even having a trade-in (we were in a different car at the time), and telling us that he was losing money on this deal. Not having much experience in this arena, my wife and I were literally badgered into buying the car at a higher price than we had already agreed to with Joe AND the 5-year warranty was taken off the table after we had a handshake deal with Rob the sales manager (who never even mentioned the warranty). Needless to say, it was an absolutely horrible experience and I cannot recommend this place unless you are an extremely experienced and savvy. Rob is rude, disrespectful and worse, deceitful. Avoid him at all costs.

I love this place ! Just picked up my new ranger and Andrew and Ramesh both looked after me very kindly and the family feel I got when I walked it made it so easy and fun! Andrew the down to earth legend helped me with all the sales and Ramesh the finance wizard. You guys made me want to buy from you again and made me feel apart of your family. Thanks again Matt & Ayesha

Drove from Shellharbour to City Ford Rockdale to view a used vehicle. The salesman contacted me promptly after making an online query and communication was great. Met the salesman on arrival, really nice bloke, not pushy and quite approachable. Took the car for a test drive, all good, happy to proceed with the purchase. Then it was all downhill from there. Price had been dropped for end of month and there was no wriggle room but I was happy with the price anyway. They wouldn't take my trade. So after we shook hands on the deal, I explained it would take a few days to sort out my finance but the Sales Manager insisted the Car had to be paid for and taken from site by EOM, that's Wednesday and it's Saturday now. Not knowing how long my bank would take, the dealer insisted I acknowledge in writing that I would pick the vehicle up by EOM or deal was off. I thought the loan would be sorted by Tuesday at the latest, and turns out I had it sorted and funded on the Monday anyway, no drama. Salesman was great, and I could see the frustration on his face. To the credit of the dealer, I reported that the clock was blinking on and off and the traction control, hill control and 4wd lights were on the dashboard. They found a loose connection and problem solved. Quick turnaround thanks to the salesman. All set to pick up vehicle on Tuesday, a day before EOM. Handed over bank cheque and waited for tax invoice. Turned out the number plates weren't recorded on the paperwork properly, apparently changed from personalised to standard. To fix the issue, I waited an hour to have this resolved. Once done I was out of there. Salesman was great. Drive home was great, car performed beautifully. Thought I'd give her a wash as it was caked in detailers silicon. Car came up great, my wash was better than the detail. Now get this, dealer is supposed to give the vehicle a good mechanical once over right? On opening the bonnet, the oil level was at 75%, brake fluid needed topping up, coolant needed topping up. They gave me less than a quarter of a tank to get home, and I filled her up with premium diesel near home and thought I'd check the tyre pressures. Label on door says 33psi all round. FR was 26. RR was 26. FL was 36, RL was 30. Needless to say my experience was less than satisfactory. 2 stars to the salesman, no stars for the experience of buying a used car at City Ford Rockdale.

Rude and appalling. Rob is the worlds worst sales person and utterly rude. I had to bite my tounge when he came over to just abuse me while I spoke to one of his colleagues. Don’t buy from people that treat you like rubbish. Sad thing is, he’s training the rest of his team to treat customers with contempt. I actually liked the car and was willing to do a deal, but not with people like this. How do they think this is how to treat clients?! Incredible Experiance.
