Was greeted by Will when i first walked in he was warm, friendly and professional. Showed me the vehicle i was interested in. Showed me the features inside and out. I was then greeted by Jack in finance who made the process easy and stress free. After 2 days i picked up the Camry. I have been happy since with no problems. I walked into Toyota used cars where I met Paul Chiu. He showed me a car with the features I had wanted. I had exceptional service from Paul. I ended up buying the car, which I am so happy with. Paul showed me the features of this car and even put a bow on the car, so I could get a photo. I was absolutely delighted with the car and exceptional service from Paul and the Finance team. I will recommend them highly to any of my friends and family who are looking for a car.

Excellent service.
They open at 0730am on the dot.
Very friendly staff who are attentive to detail.
Called me 1 hour earlier than expected to say the car was ready.
Car was washed, vacuumed and even the inside windows were cleaned.

My husband and I had an excellent encounter with Shirley Han recently when we wanted to trade in our Lexus RC350 Luxury  for a Toyota Prius C iTech 2018.

Shirley is very professional in her approach and diligent in her research. She had great knowledge of the auto trade and Toyota products in particular. She is very capable in her negotiation skill and had won us good resale value of our trade in car. Her patience and persistence had won us over.

I Just bought my new Toyota Yaris from Sydney City Toyota Waterloo.
I was served by a very helpful Sales team member Ms Shirley Han, who found the car I was looking for and made sure everything was put in place quickly and effectively for the whole process of buying my new car.
