I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my 2017 Range Rover to be repaired. The service department keep making promises about when the car will be repaired but they have not made any progress. I was promised a courtesy car from Range Rover but they did not go ahead with this. I keep speaking and dealing with different people over the phone. There is no consistency with what is being said to me. When I went to purchase the car they were very helpful but seems like when they have made the sale, the service goes down hill. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the level of service they have provided me. Unprofessional service department.

By far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The lie about everything and try just about anything to rip you off. When I bought my car it was the beginning of a nightmare that was totally unnecessary. They have cost me thousands of dollars because of their apparent greed. If you are thinking of buying a car don't go to these con artist because you will be stung without a doubt.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They want your money and for any after sales staff they completely ignore you, go to another dealer, these guys dont look after you at all

I had the most amazing experience at Trivett Alexandria!! This is a great dealership and they were attentive to my every need! I will definitely be buying my next car here also. 10/10 :)

Sorry to say that as I read the poor feedback about your lack of customer service that I find this alarming real! I cannot believe you represent Jaguar in Sydney and fail to provide any acceptable Customer Service to your customers. I just purchased a Jag as well like a few other customers expressing their customer service concerns below disappointment below and the only reason I decided to write this poor feedback is because IT's ALARMING TRUE! Hello. Is anyone there? I have left 2 messages over the past 6 weeks and have had no response from your customer service team. Just left another message after a long hold time this morning. Here’s to “3rd time lucky” that someone will return my call.
