Very professional staff. Tamara was very friendly and helpful. Perfect cars. Best mid-sized sedan of the year, accord. It's a shame that Honda decided to introduce fixed price to make such a bad sales. I was planning to buy a camry before I went here. But unlike Tamara, the Toyota sales person was soooooooo rude and unprofessional, I understand they don't worry about the sales, but there is no way to treat an existing or a protential customer. And TBH I always thought that the Toyota camry is a better sedan until I saw Accord here. As an old Toyota owner, have to say, from now on, I am a Honda person. Better staffs, better cars and better moods.
This review is for Honda service center . Made a booking after weeks of waiting for Saturday before long weekend . Got an email confirmation to confirm the same which also read someone from service center will call you , Only to not hear from them until few days before booking, so I called and confirmed my booking to which lady on the phone confirmed my booking and advised me to come on Saturday . Ended up on parramatta sales dealership thats my fault was directed from there to go to Honda service center at south st . When arrived at sharp 9 everything was shut. This is highly unprofessional when people wait for weeks to get to you . Have a courtesy to call back . And by the way your door sign reads open Saturday from 7 to 12:00
