I get my car serviced at Newcastle City Holden a couple of times per year. Great Service, at reasonably comparable cost. They even provide a coutesy bus to drop you or pick you up from work or shops at an agreed time. Courtesy bus range is not unlimited, although I was able to go to Charlestown square shopping centre for the day and be picked up at an agreed time.

Brought a Holden Commodore VE SS 2012 from Newcastle city holden, the salesperson Evan who I was dealing with. Evan organised the service and RELOAD paint protection. Before I drove the car out of the car yard,  Evan explained what's this and that which didn't have idea whats in the car. Excellent customer service.

I bought a second hand car from Kia newcastle. At the time i dealt with Josh who was the salesman and  i did notice a servicing sign that appeared on the dash. I told him about it and was assured that it would be sorted (because the car had already been serviced)but its been a week now and i have not received any calls to fix this issue. Disappointed and now have to sort this myself.
