My experience and opinion with Ford Cardiff and Ford Australia has been nothing but tragic and costly.nnI brought a new Ford Everest Platinum in Nov 23. By February 2024 a plethora of electrical faults appeared.nnBetween Feb 2024 and Dec 2024 the faults had re appeared and Ford Cardiff and Ford Australia had 7 attempts to repairs the faults with the last 2 repairs having the vehicle off the road for 2 months.nnI asked for a refund several times, under the consumer law and was declined all times.nnIn Dec 2024 the cycle of faults returned for the 8th time. Only after having the car back just over 2 weeks.nI again asked for a refund, i was given a stock response and was asked to bring the car back in for review and repair.nnI was fed up, and i had concerns for my family’s safety in the car.nnI had to get rid of the car at a 35k loss, or engage in a lengthy legal battle costing potentially costing me over 70k.nnMy interactions with Ford Cardiff and Ford Australia has forever tainted my views and opinion of their honestly and ethics towards customers.
