Sent and inquiry to sell my car, had a call from owner who made an offer less than I was expecting. I offered to send photo's, offer of photo's was rejected. Had a think about their offered, decided to accept. Called to made appointment, told just come up, some 40klm away. Went to Cardiff, saw Joe, who looked at the car, call Wayne and they offered 1/3 less. Waste of my time, they lived up to the"AVOID USED CAR SALEMAN" at all time

Took my car there today as I have recently been trying to sell it. Staff took it for a test drive, drove it like a race car. He told me it was a very nice car. When we got back to the yard he offered a pretty low deal and I could not accept it. He then told me he has 20 years experience and that I am "not being realistic" and I am holding onto the car for "sentimental reasons and that I think it is made of gold". He walked off with another staff member and came back offering a little more. He dropped a folder in front of me with all his "happy customer reviews.  I still wasn't sure so I said I will just call my partner to discuss. At this point he became even more rude and told me not to call my partner and to "leave the car with us". I told him I am entitled to call whoever I like. He could see I was not happy with how he was treating me, then he told me he was going out. He walked over to the desk next to me and started having a conversation with another customer telling them loudly "Wow you are so polite! I have 20 years experience, I don't call bullshit I say it how it is!" I got up and left. I was absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service. I have spoken to many car dealers over the years and have never been treated in such a poor manner. I probably would have considered the offer if he wasn't so arrogant. I will be telling everybody  about how poor the staff treat customers here.
