Imagine walking in to a car dealer and leaving feeling like every new car you ever purchased through a different company was a terrible buying experience compared to the wonders of service you have just received at Kloster Ford - Hamilton. Yes, I certainly spent a pretty penny on a brand new Ford Ranger, but these legends were spoiling me in merchandise, fantastic deals on my trade in, added bonus accessories and even a small model car. I felt like I had just won a competition, like all my christmases had come at once, like it was my birthday - all because I bought a brand new car. Thank you to everyone at Klosters who made our experience 11/10, especially to Paul!
I wanted to test drive the upcoming 2023 raptor and had to pay $1000 and sign up to purchase 1 before I could sit in it, after paying I was asked if I would like to test drive it around the block in the company of an employee Tiffany . A little disappointed with this but they did extend my drive a little longer to show my partner, Tiffany is a really nice saleswoman and her company was great. I have considered getting 1 of these for a while so at the end of the day I look forward to delivery in and around 1 year and taking it for a real drive. Remarkable vehicle and great service by Tiffany. Thank you
REALLY POOR EXPERIENCE!! Received advice of a recall on my Focus regarding the full tank, that would take less than half a day to repair. Dropped the car off at 7.30am, then received SMS that my car was ready for collection at 12.30pm. On arrival I was advised the car needed to be re-booked as parts needed to be ordered!! I work long hours and had had to take a day off for this work to be done. It is not unreasonable to expected the required parts are available for fixing an issue on recall. I did not want to waste another day off, so at the next drop off, again at 7.30am I advised I would need to return the following morning to collect my car. I was assured I would receive advice the work was completed, and that the car was ready for collection first thing the next day. No contact, so at 5pm I called, and was first told there were no details of my car, then after being on hold, Todd from the workshop came on the line, to advise they had not completed the work and needed it for a few more hours in the morning! My car is to be delivered to my home by midday tomorrow - not confident. No amount of apologies make up for poor service, lack of communication and the inconvenience this has caused. Update-Car was delivered on time Surprised there was no documentation advising what had been done.
Very happy with the service we received from Luarna. Right from the start she was very friendly and approachable and not at all pushy, a huge plus in our book. When explaining wait times she was up front and honest, which we appreciated. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Could not recommend her highly enough.
I recently took deivery of an Everest Trend from Nancy-Anne Bath at Kloster Ford. She was amazing and made the process extremely easy. She kept me updated at ever step of the way and because I couldn't wait for them to deliver the car, she arranged for me to pick up over the weekend :- It was a great first drive back to Sydney. Thanks Nancy-Anne.....
Tiffany was great deal with. She was professional and prompt. They had the exact new car I wanted in stock ready to go and they are fairly priced no crazy markups. Highly recommend Kloster Ford.
Excellent service, very prompt and nothing was a problem for them to organise for us. The gentleman who was polishing cars and tyres was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to Kloster Ford for all our services and any future products we may need. Very satisfied customers.
I tried to buy a car from Kloster Ford, won't reveal her name! After I test drove a Ranger Wildtrack, took two weeks to receive a written quote. Re-negotiated and took 10 days a little better to receive revised price. Emailed straight away and asked for paperwork, no response. Emailed again after waiting for two weeks, no response. Total of 48 days. If I can't get service at a sales level, very nervous about after sales service! Made a call to another Ford franchise, deal done in 2 days, paperwork signed off. Waited one week and got a call, allocated a car. No brainer...
A big thank you to Kloster Ford Hamilton for helping us when we discovered an issue with our recent used car purchase. The team at Kloster Ford went out of their way to resolve the issue. In the end, we walked away with a new car. A special thank you to Kate and Luarna for sourcing a new car for us and reassuring us that everything will be ok. We love our new car and highly recommend Kloster Ford for the exceptional service provided.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I felt the need for this one. I took my Next Gen Ranger Wildtrak in for its 3000km service yesterday, I was told over the phone I could wait as it shouldn’t take longer then an hour. On arrival, I was told my car had some recalls and it would take all day to fix the issues. I was totally fine with this, although a heads up would have been nice as we would have organised to bring our other car in so we could get home. Upon returning to pick up my car, the interior was absolutely filthy. There were finger prints and oil marks all throughout the car. The floor mats were covered in dirt. You could just tell that no care had gone into trying to keep my car clean at all. My car was spotless when I dropped it off and I was expecting to get it back in the same condition. When I got home I spent a good amount of time cleaning it, some marks on the back seats I thought weren’t going to come off. Then to top it all off my service book and instruction booklet had blood all over it! As if someone had cut themselves and continued to work inside my car with bloody hands. Disgusted at the thought someone else’s blood was inside my brand new car I decided to call Ford. Ford were very apologetic and offered to send someone out to take my car back and detail it which I was really appreciative for although I just got my car back and it looks no different to when I cleaned it! So I’m guessing it just sat there in the service department for a few hours.. Not happy at all with the service from Hamilton Ford and won’t be coming back to this one again!
