I came into office works looking for a replacement of my old laptop that had been water damaged. A gentleman named James went above and beyond in assisting me with choosing a new laptop, that was better value for money with better performance for what i needed it for, in comparison to the ones i was looking at. Using the self serve printing facilities at your store is a breeze compared to the Store in Warana. I was able to successfully print off my documents today without any issues. All the staff were friendly, upbeat and happy. Everyone was working and assisting other staff.
I was a woman on a mission today as yesturday, I walked the whole of Sunshine Plaza looking for Art/ craft supplies. I was unable to get what I needed. First off I went to another shop across the road and still couldn't get what I needed. When I went to Officeworks Maroochydore BINGO got everything I needed except one thing when I asked for assistance from Toni working the floor she went over and above to find the item. Nothing was any trouble, I was going to another store to buy a printer and she got another staff member to help me and with her assistance I purchased a printer with full explanation on the model I purchased. The sales lady at the checkout was so polite. I walked out of the store very satisfied customer. WELL DONE! Great experience. I would like Management to at least congratulate the staff on duty this morning. Regards
