This is a great store. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. They all have excellent customer service. I've used the click and collect on the website and the whole process was smooth and easy when I got in store. This shop has everything you need.

I like officeworks first off, it's very clean. The lass that greeted us had bangs but not bad bangs I mean it's so easy to mess those up but she really pulled it off. And she was happy to help, putting her in that special 10% of Australian retail workers that aren't completely dead inside. Oh and I bought stuff.

Easy parking. The staff here are very knowledgeable. It is a very good place to shop if u don't know a lot about the products as the staff are really helpful.

Chris was very professional and was very confident in what he was selling. His Manor, conduct and sales pitch completed his conference. He new was he was talking about and up sold with ease. Cause he new his product. He is by far the best sales person i have every encountered. Office works would miss out if Chris was every to leave. Chris is an asset to your company.

Really disappointed with these today and usually they are really good. O ordered an item online and it went through, then set up account, then added cover, then added note for delivery, then added paypal info then right at the end it said takeaway an item its not available. Called hotline, several presses later was told they had no idea why. Then said they could sort, then they said I had to call another number or go in to the shop. Something so easy has taken 1 hr and now I still have no product and will not use you again...
