I approached BFX to buy a desk and chair. I have a medical condition that prevents me from fitting mainstream desks and chairs (I needed something sized for an upper-primary school student). I'm a premed student, so sitting in study is pretty much my default state of being; I needed this desk and chair to be just right. To my delight, even though BFX do wholesale, the Sales Consultant, Lucia, helped me with my single retail order. And by 'help' I mean 'above and beyond the call'. I must have exchanged about half a dozen emails with Lucia; if BFX is willing to pay that much attention to a single retail order, then just imagine how they treat wholesale orders. Also, when I travelled to their Yandina warehouse to collect my two flat packs, I was met by two guys with a fully assembled desk and chair that they then packed into my car. I was stunned. Thank you, BFX.

Have just been through a few weeks of constant communication with Neil and the team at BFX, massive props to them for keeping up with my ever changing requirements! Excellent customer service is an understatement. Quality furniture, great delivery time frames and a massive range!
