After a while of looking through the endless aisle’s of Bunnings Maroochydore for a particular item I wanted to purchase, obviously looking quite stumped, a polite team member named Caelan came over to me with a smile on his face. After asking if he could help me out with anything he guided me right towards the item I was looking for. Excellent customer service, Thank you Caelan!

The highlight for me is the three dedicated return desks—this makes processing returns quick, efficient, and hassle-free, which is a game-changer.nnThe store itself is large, but everything is well-positioned and easy to find, so you’re not wandering aimlessly looking for what you need. On top of that, the staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions.nnIf you’re after a smooth shopping experience, whether it’s for tools, plants, or DIY gear, Bunnings Maroochydore delivers. I’ve been shopping at this Bunnings for years and love the store, but lately, it’s been frustrating. Today, I went to buy a pool vacuum that was listed as in stock online. When I couldn’t find it on the shelves, I asked a staff member for help, but they told me it wasn’t in stock, wasn’t at the back, and they didn’t know when it would be available. Frustrated, I decided to order it online while still in the store, and shortly after leaving, I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. This kind of inconsistency happens far too often now. Please improve stock management and website accuracy to avoid these unnecessary hassles.
How do they find mostly rude staff to work here? I don't mind that none of them have a clue about what they're selling, it's cheaper wages, but they are always so rude. I've purchased here over 100 times in the last year and rarely have a good experience.
What a pleasure to deal with Bunnings, especially when you have a problem. We had, unwittingly, purchased the wrong size tap for our kitchen sink and had also misplaced the Invoice. The lady from Bunnings did have a few questions, but in the end we were able to make the necessary exchange. We were very grateful.
