Coastal Fasteners - Natives of the Sunshine Coast, a long established coast business servicing the building trade. We pride ourselves in providing only quality service and products and have built an enviable reputation for doing just that.

Story

Coastal Fasteners was launched 23 years ago, and has based its success on understanding the Sunshine Coast market and meeting local needs.

However, it has not been a rags to riches story. Initially, the business struggled in difficult times and in the face of stiff competition.

It was only the perserverance of the management team, Steve Gealy & Ron Stoyle, that enabled Coastal Fasteners to find it's market niche.

Economic climate in the early stages had everyone advising both Steve & Ron that tough times would keep them struggling to crack the market, however, both the long time locals remained hopeful and continued to pursue their dream of success.

Obtaining stock also became an issue, due to the fact that they could not carry the same stock levels as their larger competitors.

The boys, however, showed no signs of stopping their fight and continued to maintain their loyal customer base and reputation. (Many of those customers are still working with us today)

Coastal Fasteners started back in 1989 with a team of just 4 people. We now have a great team of 15 men and women, and we couldn't possibly continue to do what we do without them.
