x shxx is named Bill. I have got terrible customer service today. I felt like it was racism although there were miscommunications between me and Billy. I don't care if he is the boss or staff. His customer service was too bad. He left me alone even though the conversation hasn't been finished yet, and I felt like he ignored me! I would definitely never recommend this shop and go there again! Again, go and find Bill if you wanna get angry or rude."},{"text":"Their service is exceptional. My partner, a long-term customer, has had trouble with the car all day. He managed to get to this store five minutes before close. When he got to the front door, he was asked ‘You know what you want?’ My partner said ‘Yep, all good’ about to buy a drill. Once in the store, another staff member said ‘Better be quick’ to which my partner replied, ‘All good, it sounds like you might not want to help me though’. The staff member replied, ‘Not really, I’ve got kids and a wife to get home to’. My partner left with ‘Alright, no worries, I’ll just head off then’. The initial staff member asked ‘Are you sure, mate?’ My partner said ‘Yep, all good’. He got the car which wouldn’t start, and the staff members all saw, and went inside to close shop. This is the one shop that could’ve helped him do a jump start! He waited for RACQ instead. While waiting, all the staff members drove straight past him to leave for the night. The worst part is that my partner had called earlier today asking if the drill was there, as although he could buy it $60.00 cheaper from Get Tools Direct, he told them he wanted to support local business instead. On top of that, his business puts about $15k through this business every year. This is now blown revenue, every single year. You certainly messed with the wrong man. Some of us from the 1980s are still around and know what good customer service is. This has left a permanent taint on this business. An attitude adjustment would be appreciated, for the good of the Coast community, particularly in trying times such as these, where you would think small, local businesses would be appreciative of every person who walks in the door.
