This place has so much staff on floor doing everything but being useful to me when I visit. Out of the ten or so times I've been there I've seen them: stocking, opening and closing boxes, walking around, chatting to other employees and Avoiding me. And when I finally get someone's attention to help me, I'm made to feel like I'm putting them out. 
It's called customer service. Without the customer you're job is not needed and your lack of it is preventing me from returning unless I'm forced to under great circumstantial pressure.

We are Owner Builders and would like to say thank you to all of the staff/team members - everyone from the rep Russell to office staff and floor staff, all have been very accommodating and obliging.
