The guys at Umart Maroochydore are the friendliest and most helpful IT guys I've met. My son bought computer parts from them and we put together his computer, except we didn't know how to get the inbuilt fans working. Took the computer back them on Sunday and they guys in the store we more than happy to help show us where to hook up the fans.  The website is very easy to navigate and find the items you want. I highly recommend buying from these guys, Australian owned and friendly helpful staff.

Umart is the way to go if you’re after anything IT. I have purchased parts from them for over a decade and have built many computers for myself, friends and family. The staff are always helpful, friendly and don’t mind a quick chat if things aren’t too busy in there. They seem to always be happy to provide advice when needed. Good prices - BUT! Getting Umart to build the computer was a huge mistake! Wanted to keep my SSD - relatively new with all my data. Time frames for building are at their discretion with no allowances made for client needs! The drive was reformatted - no back-up made I was unable to backup due to system crash! Would NEVER use Umart pc build again.

This company have a ZERO returns policy. Will not exchange or refund, even an unused item within 14 days of purchase. Will never shop there again and will spread the word of how belligerent and ridiculous a policy this is with inflexible staff who quote equally dumbfounding supposed consumer law at you. Apparently the cost of mistakenly buying the wrong product must be borne by the consumer who is then out of pocket for the full cost of their purchase!!!!!!!!  Never heard anything like it.

100% the best Pc store on the coast, never fail with delivery times and customer service. always leave shop feeling like I have been looked after, great store, great team!

Umart was a wonderful experience the staff there were kind and recommended what parts would suit the games I wanted to play I would definitely come to get more computer part!

There is simply no better place to spend your money with the knowledge  that you will receive exemplary service and genuine advice. After a horrible experience with another online outlet, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with the professionals and just nice people at this store. My favourable impression of these guys is only compounded by having a similar experience with them previously where again their assistance was top-tier. My only regret is that I can't name the gentleman who assisted me, as in both instances it was the same guy. Helping me upgrade my GPU by a whole series and only paying 50$ more than I originally had was the highlight of my week and I thank you! I look forward to bringing all my future business to this store.

I often order from their easy to navigate website but today I decided to click and collect from my local store, I was served by two lovely gentlemen who helped me get my parts. When ever I order online I receive the delivery next day and in amazing condition. I just wanted to thank you guys for making my introduction into pc building and electronics a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
